Laws are generally written and implemented by the government of a country in order to sustain a stable and disciplined society. Criminals tend to break these laws in an effort to receive a bit more freedom within their lives, but at a cost that tends to escalate with the crime. Some laws, however, are a bit outdated and just plain ridiculous. Every state within the United States has a law or two that should have been removed from the books, but never was for one reason or another. Here are the ten most ridiculous laws in the US.
Within the southern state of Alabama, it is illegal to hold an ice cream cone in your back pocket at any time of the day. It is unclear what type of person would stuff an ice cream cone in their pocket in the first place, though.
While flying over the state of Alaska, or even through it, the law states you cannot view a moose from the airplane. It is highly unlikely you would spot a moose from such a height, but one never knows.
